I started this business after noticing many amazing local businesses were invisible online. Just a business profile on Google Maps with the opening times and their phone number (if you were lucky).
I realised that most small business owners don't have time to build websites themselves and don't want to deal with impersonal agencies that take their time and cost the world. Fair enough.
I know that in the modern world (or at least in my generation), customers research online before they open their front door, and that can hinder the development of a business that isn't findable through a screen.
